Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS

╰┈➤ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.
╰┈➤ I have the right to decline any request, with or without a given reason.
╰┈➤ Chibi commissions by default will simplify any designs. Any character designs are accepted!
╰┈➤ For regular commissions, monster/alien/masked/faceless characters are largely preferred and are more so my specialty. Otherwise, please keep in mind humans are experimental and may come out very different than expected.
╰┈➤ Please do not request for me to draw in another artist's style or a different art style. By commissioning me, you are requesting for my work and style.
╰┈➤ Any complex designs for regular commissions, may receive a complexity fee to the base price (up to +25%).
╰┈➤ Please provide clear, visual references for the character you want drawn. Written descriptions only are not accepted.

✦ Special commissions such as VTuber model art, or custom character designs do not follow a specific work process or turn-around time. Please keep this heavily in mind. These commissions are experimental, and will require extremely flexible schedule changes, due to their complexity and my life circumstances (outside job).

✦ Skeb-Style commissions will have NO communication between the client and the artist. The only information given from the client will be through a Commission form.

WORK PROCESS

╰┈➤ I do not accept commissions with a deadline, I apologize!
╰┈➤ Payment is upfront.
╰┈➤ If you have not yet paid and wish to cancel your commission, you may do so!
╰┈➤ Please use a valid email (+Paypal email). If the invoice is not paid within 72 hrs, the commission slot will be cancelled and given to another applicant.
╰┈➤ Please be available for communication. During the commission, if a response from you is not received within 7 days, the commission will be cancelled by default. No refunds will be given.
╰┈➤ Turnarounds can take up to 2 weeks — 4 months, please keep this in mind.
╰┈➤ I will first send a sketch for any major/minor revisions. After sketch approval, I will send a lineart WIP and final WIP with base colors applied. Revisions will not be allowed beyond this point.
╰┈➤ Any major revisions requested after any 3 adjustments will require a +$25 USD fee.
╰┈➤ No Refunds or Chargebacks. If for some reason, I cannot complete your commission, I will contact you and issue you a full refund under that circumstance only.

✦ Skeb-Style commissions will have NO communication between the client and artist during the work process. Only the final art file(s) will be sent over via email after the turnaround. Revisions will not be given.

✦ Special commissions such as VTuber model art, or custom character designs do not follow a specific work process or turn-around time. Once again, please keep this heavily in mind. These commissions are experimental, and will require extremely flexible schedule changes, due to their complexity and my life circumstances (outside job).Example 1. A simple custom character design sketch could range from 1 month — 6 months.
Example 2. A complete reference sheet could range from 4 months — 8 months or more.
Example 3. A VTuber model (art only) could range from 6 months — 1 year or more.

TERMS OF USE

╰┈➤ By commissioning me, you consent to me streaming/posting wips of your commissioned work, unless stated otherwise during our initial discussion or within the Commission Form.
╰┈➤ Please credit my name somewhere on your profile if you use the art for your banner or icon. If it is for streams, please credit me somewhere on your Twitch/YouTube profile. Thank you!
╰┈➤ Commissioned artworks are NOT allowed to be modified or edited in any way. The only exception to this would be for minor color or detail adjustments for better character accuracy. Please let me know beforehand, thank you!
╰┈➤ As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.╰┈➤ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non-Fungible Token); my art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.
